Jumpin' Jukebox Trio will have you up and dancing all the way to the Fireworks!  They are a vocal group, providing entertainment for almost any occasion!  With a focus, but by no means limited to, Rock 'N' Roll era music, Jumpin' Jukebox Trio can cater to almost any crowd!



TODD HAYWOOD PERFORMING LIVE

Todd is a local Newcastle boy with a big career ahead of him.  He started playing guitar at age 6 and started singing at age 12.  He has performed on various stages from Tamworth Country Music Festival, Slim Dusty Festival, and Sydney Family Show.  Kick back and enjoy the wonderfully talented, Todd Haywood.

Local Newcastle punk rock band, "Twisted Tongues" consists of four impressive musicians between 11 and 14 years old.  Influenced by the sounds of Nirvana, Foo Fighters and Good Charlotte, they deliver loud, high-energy performances of original and cover songs across the punk, rock, and grunge genres.  Their first original single, "Wasteland" was released in 2019 and is available on Spotify and Apple Music. 

The lineup of Gene Berry (vocalist), Joe Paisley (guitarist), Robbie Nolan (bassist) and Sam Robinson (drums) combine to create the Twisted Tongues.



SYNERGY PERFORMING LIVE

SATURDAY, 5TH OCTOBER AT 4:30PM

Local Newcastle band, Synergy, enjoys a broad audience appeal with its rock and metal influences and grunge urban sound.  These five talented teenagers have delighted audiences at Newcastle live music venues with edgy covers of metal songs such as 'We Won't Back Down', 'Built to Fall' and 'Satallite'.

 

The lineup consissts of Lilly Mitchelhill (vocalist), Robbie Nolan (guitarist), Ethan Burns (guitarist), Anika Barry (bassist) and Beau Bramble (drums).



A massive day to start Mattara Festival, and once again we will light the skies up with the Kaboom Fireworks Display. This year we welcome Local Community Sites with a Variety of Cultural Displays, Food and Entertainment, new Markets, Dance Studios, Face Painters, Local Entertainers and Performers, Interactive Children’s Lego & Toddler Block Building Marquee for the kids to get in and enjoy, or join in on some of the Free Crafty Creations Children’s Workshop onsite, Live Children’s Stage Shows with Fairy Evalena twice Daily, with some great prizes up for grabs, don’t forget to visit the Interactive Baby Animal Farm or Try out our Family Fun Amusement Rides for all ages. A great start for all your free school holiday fun.
